Respect people — at events and on Spark
VIVEX exists to get people out of the house and into the room together. That only works if everyone feels safe showing up.
- No harassment. Unwanted messages, following someone around a venue, or repeated contact after someone has disengaged is not okay.
- No impersonation. Be yourself — don't pretend to be another person, a promoter, or a brand you don't represent.
- Never use Spark to solicit illegal activity. Spark is for meeting people, not for arranging anything unlawful.
- Spark is mutual by design. Identity is only shared when both people indicate interest — respect a non-match as an answer.
- Use good judgment at in-person meetups. Meet in public, tell a friend, and leave whenever you want.
Hosts: be honest about your event
Guests are spending money and time based on what you write. Make it true.
- Flag 21+ events accurately at creation. If there's alcohol service or the venue is a bar or club, it's 21+.
- List the real venue, date, start time, and address. No bait-and-switch locations.
- Describe ticket tiers honestly — what's included, what isn't, and any door requirements like dress code or ID.
- State your refund policy up front. If you don't set one, our default applies and guests will hold you to it.
- Don't use misleading cover images, fake lineups, or unapproved artist names to sell tickets.
Zero tolerance for hate, violence, or discrimination
- Hate speech or slurs targeting race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation are removed on sight.
- Threats of violence, glorification of violence, or content that encourages harm to others are not allowed.
- Discriminatory event policies — excluding guests based on a protected characteristic — are not allowed on VIVEX.
- Sexual content involving minors, or any attempt to bring a minor into an age-restricted space, is reported to authorities.
Keep it real: no spam or gaming the system
- No duplicate accounts, fake signups, or referral farming to earn AX8.
- No fake social posts or deleted posts submitted for share rewards.
- No scalping bots, bulk ticket hoarding, or off-platform resale scams.
How to report a problem
If something feels wrong — a person, an event listing, or a message — tell us. Reports are reviewed by a human and kept confidential from the person you're reporting.
- Reach us any time through the Help Center or at info@vivexevent.com.
- Include the event name, username, or a screenshot if you have one — it helps us act faster.
- If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first, then let us know.
What happens if you break these rules
We'd rather warn than ban, but serious violations skip the warning. Consistent with our Terms of Service, VIVEX may:
- Remove content or unpublish an event listing.
- Withhold or reverse AX8 rewards obtained through abuse or fraud.
- Restrict access to Spark or hosting tools.
- Suspend or permanently terminate an account — including accounts that misrepresented age at signup.
These guidelines work alongside our Terms of Service. When in doubt, be the person you'd want standing next to you at the show.
